Donations for planting trees in Estonia create a greener environment and help to offset the carbon footprint. The organisers of the Congress will gather after the Congress and plant these trees together. Every euro means one tree!

TRANSPORT TARTU-VENUE-TARTU

We offer free transport between Tartu and the venue which is a 15-minute drive from the city centre. You are welcome to let us know when you would like to use our pre-ordered transport from the city centre to the venue and back.

According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for people from Belarus and Russia.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the INAIR 2023 events in Tallinn and Tartu, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking (if required by the issuing country) and full payment have been received. Letters of Invitation will not be issued to people who have not registered and paid in full. 

All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organisers. All expenses incurred in relation to the delegate’s attendance at the event are the sole responsibility of the delegate and the event organisers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.

In case of visa refusal, we will refund the registration fee based on the cancellation terms which can be found here.
